Blue Cross would like to assure our valued clients that we are closely monitoring the influx of information regarding government mandates.
We are equally as eager to see more friendly and familiar faces in the clinic and return to a more normalized routine. As such we are diligently, though cautiously working towards accommodating the changing mandates. We are very excited to announce that one person may accompany their pet into a veterinarian appointment. Please note: technician appointments remain pet-only, however, clients are welcome to wait in our lobby for their pet. It will be a joy to once again converse with you face to face.
Please consider that there is limited space within our exam rooms and the nature of our business requires us to be in close proximity with you, the clients, as well as each other. Therefore, we still need to take precautions to protect our hard-working team as well as our beloved clients so that we may continue on this path forward. For that reason, Blue Cross has decided to keep its mask mandate in place for the foreseeable future. If you choose not to wear a mask, are experiencing any COVID symptoms or have recently travelled outside of Canada, we will continue to offer curbside appointments.
